Okinawa City Police arrested a 22-year-old Army corporal on Highway 58 in Sunabe, Chatan, Saturday morning on suspicion of drinking and driving.

According to Okinawa Police, Cpl. Tyler Price, stationed on Torii Station, rear-ended a car that had stopped at a red light about 6:30 in the morning on Aug. 22. A subsequent breathalyzer test showed about four times the legal limit of alcohol in Price’s breath.
