Travelex Japan, a company providing worldwide foreign currency exchange services, opened a new branch office Friday on the first floor of Okinawa Tourist Service office building on Kokusai Street, Naha.

The new office is the first manned branch office in Okinawa for the company. Travelex also plans to open other two stores on Okinawa, one at Naha Airport and the other at Churaumi Aquarium.

Travelex routinely exchanges 33 different currencies in addition to the U.S. dollar, including Euro and Thai Baht.

The office is open from 9:30 to 19:00, Monday through Saturday, and between from 10:00 to 19:00 on Sundays and Japanese holidays.
