U.S. Soldier arrested after refusing breathalyzer test
Naha Police arrested a 25-year-old U.S. Army Specialist from Torii Station, Sunday, for refusing a breathalyzer test.
According to police, the soldier refused to take a breathalyzer test when he was stopped by police, and instead demanded to call a lawyer. A police patrol stopped the soldier on Highway 58 in Kumoji, Naha City about 7 a.m. on Oct. 4th.
