“Kodomo Shokudo Yugafuu” children’s diner managed by NPO Promise Keepers that supports the homeless, poor and needy opened on Jan. 4th,

The facility serves free meals for children who for some reason or another are not able to eat home. The organization will start study and school homework support at the same facility Jan. 20th.

The facility was scheduled to open Dec. 20th but the opening was postponed because the facility construction was delayed.

On the opening day, 30 local children and parents visited the diner. About 20 children use the service daily. The salon is open from 6:00 to 15:30
