Tomigusuku Police arrested a 44-year-old system engineer on Jan. 31st at Naha Airport, on suspicion of violating the Explosives Control Law.

According to police, an inspector discovered one rifle cartridge in a bag belonging to Craig Black when he was attempting to go through the departure security checkpoint at Naha Airport, Sunday morning.

Black was reportedly visiting Okinawa on business. He has told investigators, that he had not noticed that he had the cartridge in his bag. He has admitted to the charge.
