Pit bull attack injures two children in Ginowan

A one-year-old female American pit bull terrier that had escaped from a local house attached and bit two children at a park in Ginowan City, in the afternoon of Apr. 20th.

According to Ginowan Police, the pit bull had somehow managed to get loose from its chain, jumped the fence of the nearby house of its owner, a 35-year-old salesman, and attacked the two children, a 10-year-old boy and a girl of the same age, who were playing in the park in the Akamichi district of Ginowan. The dog bit the boy on he right side of his chest, stomach and both thighs. The girl suffered bites on her right chest, left knee and stomach.

A neighbor who saw the attack called the police. The dog was already captured when police arrived at the scene.
