A retaining wall at a concrete mixing site collapsed on a Naha City Office worker Wednesday morning killing the man.

According to Yonabaru Police, the 4-meter high and 6-meter wide wall suddenly collapsed on 59-year-old Chusei Oyadomari when he was checking on a concrete mixer truck at the site.

Oyadomari was taken to a hospital where he was confirmed dead the same afternoon.

Yonabaru Police is investigating the cause of the accident.
