Chatan Seaport Carnival fireworks take pride of delivering the biggest bang of them all.

The Chatan Seaport Carnival is known as the one major summer festival that concentrates on activities on the beach, and it happens this weekend 13th and 14th on the Sunset Beach in Mihama, Chatan.

The Seaport Carnival site is the Sunset Beach in Mihama.

The two-day festival focuses on live music, fun in the water and both days end with spectacular fireworks.

Admission to the festival is free. Fireworks cap the evening both days starting 20:10, and traditionally provide some of the biggest bangs of any fireworks on the island.

Although the official opening ceremony starts at 16:00 on Saturday, some sports activities start from 9:00. The entertainment begins with the live music starts at 16:00.

The venue at the Sunset beach is truly worth its name.

Traditional dances, Eisa, Hula  and kachashi fill the Sunday.

Stand-up paddling and other water-related activities take place on the beach throughout both days.
