The fair features a great variety or organic produce from small local growers.

The 1st Okinawa Health and Beauty Aroma Fair is scheduled for the Conference Building A in Ginowan Convention Center on Sunday, Jan. 17th. The event runs from 11:00 to 18:00 and admission to the event is free.

Various aroma essences will be on display and sale.

The event is the first health and beauty fair focusing on aroma and scents on Okinawa. About 40 popular local stores specializing in products related to aroma and healthy and organic products are scheduled to take part. Those include essential oils and aroma diffusers, cosmetics, supplements, herbal teas, organic foods, vegetables, wines, rum, soaps, honey, coffee and more.

Visitors to the event have a chance to purchase original sets available only at this event and other products at a discount.

There are plenty of herbal teas to taste.

In addition, there are many of tasting counters and booths to experience aroma treatment and chiropractics. There are also workshops for parents and children.

Organizers note that the Convention Center parking space is not available to visitors of this event. Instead they should use parking at Ginowan Marina, which is located next to the Convention Center.
