Pork Tamago Onigiri (Spam and egg rice-ball)
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 70g Dried kelp
- 1/2 can of Spam
- 4 eggs
- 300g rice
- 8 pieces roasted laver (edible seaweed)
- Make fried egg and cut the same size as Spam.
- Cut Spam in eight equal sized portions.
- Put laver on top of plastic wrap and spread rice evenly.
- Put pork and egg on top of rice, fold in half.
- Fix into the shape of the laver wrap.
