Shizuoka Police arrested a 18-year-old Ginowan City boy, Oct 16, on suspicion of violating privacy and trademark laws.

Investigators say the boy had established an internet phishing website to steal people’s identities. According to Okinawa Prefecture Police, this is the first time a person has been arrested in Japan on suspicion on phishing.
