Okinawa Jazz Guild Orchestra gets together after a three-year hiatus.

It has been three years since Okinawa Jazz Guild Orchestra, a popular group playing big band jazz split up, but this Saturday they are all coming together for a reunion at the new Gallery & Space on the third floor of the Plaza House Shopping Center in Okinawa City.

This performance will also be the first live music event to be held in the venue, and a perfect year-end entertainment high point to everyone who loves the sound of a true big band. According to the 18 musicians who form the band, this event will consist of upbeat contemporary jazz numbers that are in tune with the season.

The doors to the venue open at 6 p.m. and the music begins at 8 p.m. Tickets are ¥3,000 and available at door. Food and drinks cost extra.
