The program covers the gamut of the musicals era, beginning with Zoorasian Overture.  Also in the program are “Canzon Bergamasque” from Battle Suite, Italian Medley, Scarborough Fair, “I Could Have Danced All Night” from My Fair Lady, and The Sound of Music Medley. Navigator Masahiro Uehara narrates the explanation of the music.

The Ryukyu Philharmonic Orchestra Brass Quintet members are Yasuyuki Noda and Takako Tanaka, trumpet, Nanako Higa, French horn, Tomonori Matayoshi, trombone, and Tetsuya Inamine, tuba.

The afternoon concert is especially designed to give retired grandparents a chance to take their grandkids to the concert, perhaps after a lunch together, in order to introduce the joys of classical music to future generations.
