Organizers say they are sure people who are concerned about the health would like ‘Nuchi Anpan’, which is bean-jam bun.  This bun is made with special care using wild yeast, non-use butter, eggs and milk, local salt ‘Nuchi Masu’ with high contained minerals etc.  Croquette made by seaweed ‘Mozuku’ will be there from a popular Tempura store.
