Anime meets music at Animageddon

Performers at Animageddon event entertain the audience dressed in character garments.

Animageddon is here. Animageddon is a music event for people who love anime songs, hero songs, vocaloids, anything related anime stuff.  Enthusiasts do not just listen to songs through headphones; instead they enjoy real bands and dancing together, and that is coming Sunday at Koza Music Town Otoichiba, on the third floor, from 2 p.m. ~ 8 p.m.

Animageddon is closely related to cosplay events, so dressing up is a big part of the experience.

Advance tickets are ¥1,500, or ¥2,000 at the door.  There’s a ¥500 discount for students 18 years of age and under, and the performance is free for kids six and under.  Advance tickets can be reserved on the website (Japanese only).  http://animagedon.com/

Performers will amuse anime fans many different show elements.  The show of Idol group ‘PIP’ from Tokyo, a juggling performance and the Karaoke championship final are scheduled.  Other performers are ‘Kodona Laboratory’, ‘Animageddon special band’, and ‘Odottemitta in Okinawa Ryu’.
