Magic is in air to entertain and impress next Friday

Magic Festival features (from left) Andrew Goldenhersh, Mr. HERO and Mr. Morry, who, besides performing some of their best tricks, are willing to teach how some of the tricks are actually done.

There are two kinds of magic events coming up one week from tomorrow, including one geared to charity.

The first is a charity magic event at Club SaicoLo in Naha City, to raise funds for children who experienced the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011.  It is not just a magic show. Three of the finest magicians, all members of the Magician Hall of Fame, the Magic Castle, will get together.  They are Andrew Goldenhersh, one of the top magicians in the world, Mr. Morry who shows super magic, and the founder of the nationwide communication group site ‘Communication MAGIC’, Mr. Hero.  The three say it is a special program, and they want people to see their performance close up, so they target small audiences of up to 50 people, and not large crowds.

A movie of last year’s event at  http://heromagic.shop11.makeshop.jp/index.html shows the excitement these magicians create. A part of the revenues will be used to buy magic goods for children who experienced the Great East Japan Earthquake.

Also taking place on the same day is a lecture starting at 9:30 p.m. at Tab’spot in Nishi, Naha City.  Again, the world famous magician Andrew Goldenhersh will be the special speaker.  Other than him, Mr. Hero and Mr. Morry will show their new and secret magic tricks. The show is open to Communication MAGIC members and also to anyone interested from the general public.

The charity magic event doors open at SaicoLo in the Haisai Okinawa Building, 1-2-31, Makishi, Naha City, at 6:30 p.m. on May 29th. The program begins at 7 p.m.  The ¥10,000 admission fee includes a meal and drinks, as well as original magic goods.  The Tab’spot event begins at 9:30 p.m. on the same day at 1-12-19 Nishi, Naha City.  The ¥10,000 admission fee includes a Magic lecture DVD 2015.
