The largest annual art exhibition on the island called Okinawa Okiten, is currently open at Urasoe Shimin Gymnasium. The exhibition is on its 68th year and will be open through April 3rd.

The art exhibition features art in seven categories of painting, print, carving, graphic design, calligraphy, photography and crafts. Over 800 works are on display at the exhibition.

The exhibition is open daily from 10:00 to 18:00. Tickets for adults cost ¥1,000, and ¥500 for elementary and junior high school age children.
