Asa chicken nuggets
(for 4 people)
・5ｇ dry asa seaweed
・200g ground chicken
・1/2 block of silken tofu
・1tbs chicken stock powder
・salt to taste
- Soak asa for about 10 minutes in cold water, wash and then drain water off.
- Wrap up the silken tofu in a paper towel and microwave one and half minute at 500W.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Make shapes using a spoon and deep fry at 180 degrees.
