Ingredients

(for 20 chinsukos)

・2 g dried asa

・70 g soft flour

・30 g sugar

・30 g salad oil

Directions

  1. Soak and wash asa and then dry on a paper towel.
  2. Mix soft flour and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add asa and salad oil into the bowl, and mix until the dough is smooth.
  4. Make bite-size flat cookies. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius and bake the cookies for 20 minutes.
