Asa soup stock rolled omelet





(for two people)

・3g dry asa

・3 eggs

・1tbs white soy sauce soup stock (shirodashi)

・salt to taste




  1. Soak asa in water about 10 minutes and wash.
  2. Mix eggs, asa, soup stock, and salt to taste to make omelet
  3. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Fry 1/4 of omelet mix and roll.
  4. Slide the roll back, add 1/2 of remaining mix, fry and roll again.
  5. Repeat two or three times until all of the omelet mix is fried.
