Asa soup stock rolled omelet
(for two people)
・3g dry asa
・1tbs white soy sauce soup stock (shirodashi)
・salt to taste
- Soak asa in water about 10 minutes and wash.
- Mix eggs, asa, soup stock, and salt to taste to make omelet
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Fry 1/4 of omelet mix and roll.
- Slide the roll back, add 1/2 of remaining mix, fry and roll again.
- Repeat two or three times until all of the omelet mix is fried.
