Fried Taanmu (Taimo)
Ingredients
(for 4 people)
・2 Taanmu
・Potato starch
・Frying oil
・2tbs Soy sauce
・2tbs Sugar
・1tbs Water
Directions
1. Cut taamu into thick slices and batter in potato starch.
2. Deep fry in oil at about 180℃ until golden brown.
3. Boil soy sauce, sugar, and water in a saucepan.
4. Mix with deep fried taamu and serve.
