Three men were killed in two separate motorbike accidents on Sunday.

Two motorcycles crashed into a mini car making a U-turn on Highway 58 at Kina, Yomitan Village, Sunday afternoon. In the accident, 51-year-old Hirohito Ikichi from Yaese Town, and 47-year-old Yoshitsugu Higashionna from Nakagusuku crashed their motorbikes into the car. They were taken to a hospital where both were confirmed dead later on the same day. Kadena Police are investigating the details of the accident.

Two motorbikes crashed into each other Sunday morning on the prefectural road No.70 in Takae, Higashi Village. Drivers of both bikes were taken to a hospital, where 47-year-old Shigenari Kina from Okinawa City, was confirmed dead on the sane day.

The 43-year-old male driver of the other motorcycle from Okinawa City broke his arm. His injuries are not life threatening.
