Okonomiyaki (Japanese style pancake)
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 100g Okonomiyaki powder
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cabbage
- 2 stick chikuwa (fish sausage)
- 1 pack cut green leek
- 1/4 Red ginger
- 1/2 pack Agedama (Tempura bits)
- 100g pork hash
- 2 eggs
- Salad oil: Just the does
- Okonomitaki Sauce: Just the does
- Mayonnaise: Just the does
- Aonori (dried green lavers): Just the does
- Dried bonito flakes: Just the does
- Mayonnaise: Just the does
- Slice a cabbage and pork hash.
- Mix Okonomiyaki powder with water in the bowl and make a dough.
- Put cabbage, fish sausage, green leek, red ginger, agedama, eggs to the bowl and mixed.
- Grease a oil after pan heat, and pour the half amount of mixed dough first, and put pork hush on top.
- Turn upside down the dough after it colored burned, and take off to a plate after other side burnt colored.
- Pour the another half of dough and done same.
- Put sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flake, Aonori and ready to eat.
