Marinated Moui (Okinawan yellow cucumber) serves 4



・1/2 Moui (Okinawan yellow cucumber)
・1 Cucumber
・1 tsp salt
・1 pack of dried bonito flakes
・Salad Dressing

How to cook

1. Peel the moui and cut lengthwise half, and scoop out seeds with a spoon.

2. Slice the moui and cucumber thin.

3. Put the slices in a plastic bag, and add salt. Knead it and leave for 10 minutes in a refrigerator.

4. Drain excess liquid from the bag. Serve on a plate garnished with dried bonito flakes and salad dressing.
