Buta Shabu Salad (Boiled sliced pork salad) Serves 4
200g thin sliced pork
1 pac pea sprouts (pea shoots)
1 pac white radish sprouts
1 stick cucumber
Small piece of raw ginger
Dash of Ponzu, Goma (sesame) sauce
How to cook
1. Slice cucumber and raw ginger into long thin strips.
2. Cut the pea and white radish sprouts to same length as cucumber and ginger.
3. Boil the pork slices and cool in cold water.
4. Wrap the pork slices around the vegetable bundles. Dip into sauces to your taste.
