Nikujaga (simmered meat and potatoes) serves 4
200g beef hash
4 tablespoons white dashi
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons Mirin
How to cook
1. Cut potatoes and carrot into bite size, and onion into wedges.
2. Wash konjac with water and cut to bite size pieces.
3. Cook onion in a greased pan, and add beef hash after onion becomes soft.
4. Add potato and carrot cubes, and cook a short while. Add water to cover all ingredients, and bring to a boil.
5.After all ingredients are hot, add konjac pieces and all seasonings and let simmer until tasty.
