Papaya shiri shiri (Sauteed papaya) serves 4
- ½ papaya
- ½ carrot
- ½ bundle of Chinese leek
- 1 canned tuna
- Dash of Shirodashi (soup stock)
- Dash of salt
How to cook
Cut the papaya and take out seeds.
Peel the skin and cut into strips, and immerse the strips in water.
Cut the carrot into strips, and the Chinese leek to the same length.
Drain the papaya strips and cook with the carrot in a pan on middle flame, add Chinese leek after papaya and carrot strips become soft.
Add Shirodashi and salt to taste to finish the meal.
