Website to introduce Okinawa as photogenic destination
All Nippon Airlines and Okinawa Convention Bureau opened Thursday a special Instagram site “Nanokade Nanatsuno Okinawa Shima Meguri” (Hopping seven Okinawan islands in seven days) to introduce sightseeing spots and restaurants on Instagram.
Three photographers and writers whose work has been popular on various websites introduce Miyako, Ishigaki, Taketomi, Hateruma, Aka, Zamami, and Okinawa Main islands on Instagram.
According to a survey by Consumer Affairs Agency, the number one subject for people posting their photos and videos on social networks is “travel”.
The aim of the project is to introduce Okinawa as a destination that is photogenic throughout the year.
