Namul with carrots and bean sprouts (Serves 4)


  • halves of carrots (yellow and red each)
  • 250g bean sprouts
  • 1 tsp chicken stock soup
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbs sesame oil
  • 2 tbs ground sesame



How to cook

1. Peel the carrots and cut into strips.

2. Boil the carrot strips and bean sprouts in a pot for about one minute, place in a strainer and wash in cold water until cool.

3. Mix soup stock, soy sauce, sesame oil and ground sesame to make a dressing.

4. Toss vegetables with dressing and serve.
